It is suspected that LI approached Šarc from behind in the underground garage and shot him twice in the head with a silenced pistol, causing serious bodily injury. As announced, the police are intensively searching for the suspect.
Sharac was shot as he approached his vehicle, which was parked in the “Ušća” garage.

The moment Sharac fell, the killer fled the scene. The murderer allegedly wore a red jacket, cap and a surgical mask on his face, and the media even published a video in which the suspect is seen, who threw the weapon at the exit of the garage. The police and the Emergency Service rushed to the scene, treated the injured Šarc and transferred him to the Emergency Center, where he is still in serious condition.
Sharac arrived at the mall on Saturday in a black armored “Mercedes” and was wearing a bulletproof vest. He parked it on level A00, in a place marked for the exclusive use of the disabled.

He probably chose that place, because it is only ten meters from the entrance to “Ušće”, which means that he took care of his safety and that he does not walk much between other vehicles.
