Sladjana R. (41) from Provo, near Vladimirac, who was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of having murdered her neighbor Ivanka R. (82), was questioned at the Superior Prosecutor’s Office in Sabac, and the judge of the previous procedure of the Superior Court decided to remain in detention for up to one month.
The prosecution charges Sladjana R. with aggravated murder, for which the minimum penalty is 10 years in prison. After the arrest, she confessed to the crime, and Telegraf.rs learns that she pleaded with the inspectors of the Sabac police and the administration of the criminal police, who clarified the crime “so that her husband and children would not find out what did”.
A source in the investigation reveals that he was allegedly unable to recall some of his actions. The investigation will determine the motive for the crime, since she did not rob her neighbor Ivanka, otherwise a pensioner in foreign currency, and in the town she is known for breaking into houses from where she stole everything she obtained.
During the search of the murdered woman’s house, the police found a large amount of money, and they found everything neat and in its place in the house. Based on that, it is assumed that Sladjana did not break into the house to rob a neighbor who was known to have money.
– She was not a thief, although sometimes she would put a ghost on her head and enter houses with that disguise. Sladjana sneaked into Ivanka’s house breaking the bathroom window. She lay down on the bed where she fell asleep and woke up when Ivanka returned home and at that moment attacked with an ax. Eyewitnesses claim that the woman with the crushed head was lying on the floor next to the bed. There were traces of blood everywhere on the floor, the bed and the walls.
It is unclear who wrapped Ivanka’s towel around her head, which was soaked in blood, which could explain whether the unfortunate woman died immediately after being attacked or was alive for a while and tried to help herself.
After the crime, Sladjana went home. He only took a box of cookies.
