Montenegrin citizen Miloš Miljanović, suspected of having crashed in a café garden in Vračar two days ago, in a hearing at the Belgrade High Prosecutor’s Office, defended himself in silence today!
After the hearing, the prosecution proposed that he be held in custody for up to 30 days, which should be decided by the court.
– Suspect M. M. is accused of the crime of attempted aggravated murder in relation to the three injured parties. The arrest proposal was submitted for all legal reasons, and at the moment that proposal is going to court – Irena Bjelos, spokesperson for the Office of the Senior Prosecutor in Belgrade, confirmed to Kurir.
Let us remind you that, on the fateful day, Miljanović, in front of numerous guests at the bar, entered the cafe garden where Miloš Nilović, called Runjo, was sitting with his friends, with a mask on his face and a “shot” in hand. When they saw a man with a gun, Nilovic and his friends managed to run to the bar and thus avoid the attack.
