The Commercial Court rejected the objections to the offers received for the sale of the Zrenjanin drug factory
In the Zrenjanin commercial court, where the Jugoremedija drug factory bankruptcy is taking place, the objections of two buyers were rejected and the sale of the Project One company confirmed, bankruptcy trustee Radovan Savić confirmed for Danas.

– The bankruptcy judge rejected the objections and now, before signing the contract of sale, we are awaiting the declaration of the Commission for the Defense of Competition. The buyer will decide what the future plans are. Since he’s not from the branch, I don’t think he’s dealing with production, but probably additional sales, Radovan Savić, the bankruptcy administrator of Jugoremedija, told Danas.
The investment fund APS Holding, which bought Jugoremedija’s debts from Hypo Bank and thus became its largest creditor, made the best offer worth 362.5 million dinars. Bids for the purchase of Jugoremedija were submitted by Led Vision stile doo Belgrade for 360 million dinars and Turkish group Birgim for 260 million dinars. This is the fourteenth sale of Jugoremedija, which has been in bankruptcy since 2012 and whose debts reached 25 million euros. Its first privatization in 2002, when Jaka 80 Radoviš bought the share in infamous circumstances, was canceled after five years due to a suspicious recapitalization.
