The messenger announced that Pekovic, although he became the buyer of this property five years ago, only paid the first installment of 100,000 euros to Milosevic’s heirs – Marija and Marko Milosevic – on March 5 of this year. It was reportedly sold for about two million euros.

Thanks to this market, Pekovic has secured the luxury, which does not have much real estate in Belgrade, as evidenced by the photos inside that Kurir first published in 2018.

The famous villa at 33 Tolstojeva Street, where Slobodan Milosevic stayed while he was president, has ten bedrooms, six bathrooms, two reception rooms, and two lounges. This complex steeped in history has been selling unsuccessfully for 17 years, at a price of five million euros. In the end, Pekovic came into his possession for about two million euros.

As we have already written, the full agreement on the regulation of mutual relations regarding the purchase of the grandfather’s villa was concluded only in December last year. The document we found states that there were obviously problems between Pekovic and Milosevic’s successors.
