The small supply and high demand were reflected in the prices of agricultural land in central Banat. Prices are going up, so a hectare of good land is getting more expensive every year.
Although the fields are less and less in the free offer, more and more are those that, according to the demands of the creditors, are sold by public executors. On the notice board of the Chamber of Public Executors, it can be seen that several fields were recently offered in the Lukićevo and Stajićevo atria, which were owned by an agricultural company. A total area of just over 15 hectares is for sale at a price of around 160,000 euros, writes the Dnevnik portal.
In the areas of Lukićevo, Ečka, Stajićevo and Zrenjanin, on the same basis, agricultural land is offered at a total price of around 356,000 euros. Two farms are also offered for sale, one in the vicinity of Kikinda, at a price of 700,000 dinars, and another near Novi Kneževci, at a price of 940,000 dinars. Estimated values are in doubt, and how much the asking price will be at auction will depend on whether the property is being offered for the first or second time.
Agricultural land is also offered for sale in Novi Miloševo, but also in the Boka area, in Farkaždin, Melenci, Aradec, Sutjeska, Žitište …
The price depends on the quality of the land, if it is a field and what kind it is, or is it a meadow or pasture. Orchard fields have a higher price and in Zrenjanin, for example, there is a plot with apricots and there is also a plot with forest.
