Milivoje Djordjevic, a company from Phoenix in Arizona, originally from Ivanjica, bought the tourist settlement “Andjelija Misic” in Suvobor, in the town of Kostunici, for 45 million dinars, which went bankrupt more than ten years ago.

The company, as a legal entity, was sold by the direct negotiation method with public collection of tenders and its improvement during the process, and the approval of the sale was given today by the Belgrade Creditors Board, in which the company “Jugoimport SDPR “has a majority stake.

Consent was necessary, as bankruptcy trustee Gordana Hadzić of Gornji Milanovac recently announced in the sale at the Čačak Commercial Court, because the amount offered was less than 50 percent of the estimated value.

The authorized agency “Olimpija” of Uzice estimated that the liquidation value of “Andjelija Misic” amounts to 179.3 million dinars or 1.5 million euros. The most valuable property is the “Milica y Panajota” hotel under construction (102 million dinars), followed by the bag factory (17.8), the villa “Suvoborka” (15.4), the Etno house (14, 5) and the restaurant “Ravna gora”. ”(5 million), while the value of the land in the possession of the insolvency debtor is estimated at 11.9 million dinars.

By the way, Djordjevic owns a chain of four hotels, one of which is “Park” in Ivanjica and a large number of apartments, but if his offer is accepted, he will have to invest many times more so that the large resort is ready to receive visitors.

This tourist complex was founded in 1999 by a contract between our “Jugoimport – Atera” and the company “Hightech Defense Epic” from Athens.

Djordjevic, by the way, today bought the settlement “Prilicki kiseljak” on the occasion near Ivanjica, bankrupt, at a price of 4.1 million dinars.
