BELGRADE – Customs officers, in cooperation with the police, prevented two smuggling attempts at the Nikola Tesla and Gradina airport crossings and seized nearly 3,000 different medications.

The aforementioned passenger took with her more than 2,300 bottles, tablets, capsules and ampoules of medicines and supplements, mainly herbal, to improve vision function (chernika forte), cerebral blood flow (nootropil piracetam), iron levels ( fenjuls), fracture healing. mummy), lower blood sugar levels (olidzim), increase immunity (immunofan), etc.
Among the drugs and diets found were 170 bottles of immunomodulators for cats (feliferon) and a drug against canine disease (giskan-5).
That same day, 480 tablets of the drug “rivotril”, which is on the list of controlled psychoactive substances, were seized in Gradina.
The infringement was discovered when a “Honda Jazz” with Bulgarian license plates was selected for a detailed inspection upon leaving the country.
Two Bulgarian citizens who traveled with her said they had nothing to report.
However, during a detailed search, 16 boxes with 30 “rivotril” tablets were found in a drawer in front of the passenger seat, so that Bulgarian citizens were denied leaving our country, so together with the Psychoactive tablets found, were handed over to the police and the prosecution.
