The new economy minister, Andjelka Atanaskovic, was born in 1958 in Trstenik, where she finished primary school and technical school. Andjelka Atanaskovic points out that she has been a member of the Serbian Progressive Party since its founding in 2008. In the 2016 local elections, she was first on the “Aleksandar Vučić-Serbia wins” list and was elected councilor in the Trstenik Municipal Assembly. In the 2020 elections, she was also elected councilor in the Trstenik Municipal Assembly.
