The autopsy on the body of Aleksandar Obadić (51), which was found on July 18 in a rented apartment in the center of Belgrade, showed that the death was caused by cardiac arrest, most likely caused by the consumption of a greater quantity of narcotics, cocaine.
If the super expert report, ordered by the Belgrade Superior Prosecutor’s Office, reveals the same finding of Sanja R. (27), suspected of murder, she will be acquitted and released.
An investigation has been launched against the girl for aggravated homicide, because she is suspected of killing Obadić by hitting her on the head with an exercise weight.
However, the autopsy report, which also gives an account of the result of the chemical-toxicological analysis, sheds new light on this case.
On Obadić’s body, injuries of up to one centimeter were found on the left arch, contusions around the left eye, around the ear, on the right cheekbone, shoulder and elbow, and on the finger and thumb.
– Super experts must determine if they are minor or serious injuries, as well as how they occurred. It will also be determined whether those injuries contributed to Obadić’s death in any way. Apparently, Sanja will be released after that discovery – said lawyer Krsto Bobo, defending the suspects Sanja R.
We encourage you that Obadić was found dead on July 18, in an apartment on the seventh floor of a building on Deligradska street in Belgrade.
Later, the police arrested Sanja R., who is suspected of killing Obdić by hitting him on the head with a weight.
According to the first information, the murder was preceded by a fierce fight in which various objects were used and traces of narcotics and opiates were found in the apartment.
