The Djokovic Foundation donated the most modern CT worth 210,000 euros to the “Dragisa Misovic” Clinical and Hospital Center, which will be of great importance in the diagnosis of covid patients, and yesterday the device was put into operation in the presence of Novak and his wife Jelena.
– We are aware that the epidemiological situation is still unstable and that the health system not only in our country, but in the entire region is under great pressure, so it is necessary to unite and support them. Thanks to all the health workers who have been working in extraordinary circumstances for almost ten months and are fighting for all of us – said Novak, the best tennis player in the world, during his visit to “Mišović”.

– On behalf of the citizens of Serbia, I would like to thank Novak and Jelena and their Foundation, because they have done a lot since the beginning of this crisis to help us overcome the consequences of the pandemic. In the last five years alone, the state of Serbia has invested more in the development of the health care system than in recent decades.
