Senicic recalls that the idea of covid passports came from the international association of air carriers IATA, so that air carriers could have a greater number of passengers, which would allow the gradual recovery of the tourism industry.
By the way, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) recently introduced “Travel dog”, a mobile application that should help passengers organize their trip easily and safely, respecting the entry requirements of a certain country.
Senicic also expects that the decision on the use of covid passports will be made globally, and that it will be initiated by airlines and developed countries of the world, and especially North America and the EU.
– Passengers who want to travel to these destinations would have to have this type of passport, which allows the tourism sector to continue working – he says.
