The investigation into the murder of Strahinja Stojanovic (30), killed by a bomb planted under a car in New Belgrade, is currently proceeding in three directions. Stojanović has a turbulent criminal record behind him, and last year he narrowly escaped death “by a hair”, leaving Serbia for a time.
Stojanović’s file is thick and he is suspected of being involved in the murder of well-known Belgrade lawyer Dragoslav Mišo Ognjanović, which occurred on July 28, 2018. By the way, Ognjanović was the lawyer of Luka Bojović, the leader of the Zemun clan.

Following this attempted liquidation, the two cases were suspected of being connected, as Ognjanović said in the months leading up to his death that he suspected Stojanović of following him with another man for months.
The fact that Ognjanovic and Stojanovic were connected is also demonstrated by the fact that Strahinja Stojanovic appeared as a witness in the trials for the murder of Nikola Bojovic, Luka Bojovic’s brother.
Stojanović was suspected of being close to members of the Slobodan Šaranović clan, otherwise Luka Bojović’s blood enemy. Those investigators do not rule out the possibility that someone from the Bojović clan has decided to take revenge.
Numerous media outlets reported that Luka Bojović’s associates suspected that Stojanović was the direct author of the murder of Ognjanović’s lawyer.
