For most of these jobs, they do not need the knowledge of the language, although it is desirable, while in medical care it is mandatory.
According to German statistics, bakers, nurses and excavators receive about 3,500 euros gross per month, potters 3,000 and professional drivers about 2,500 euros. These are, by the way, some of the most common occupations performed by Serbs living in Germany. In net amounts, these salaries amount to 2,346 euros, that is, 2,000 for potters and 1,600 for drivers.
The list published by the German Federal Employment Agency, in the highest in terms of salary, immediately after pilots, doctors and auditors, includes mechanical and construction engineers, electrical engineers and secondary school teachers with about 5,500 euros gross per month. They are followed by bank employees, developers and IT experts, but also psychologists and elementary school teachers.
Of the professions often practiced by Serbs living in Germany, at the top of the salary list are metal workers and laboratory technicians, with salaries of about 3,500 euros, and about 3,000 are earned by car mechanics. , potters, plumbers and carpenters.
Physiotherapists receive about 2,500 euros a month, and cooks, cashiers in stores and people who help at home can earn a few hundred euros less.
