An unprecedented crime, which upset Macva a year ago, but also the whole of Serbia, has yet to receive a judicial epilogue. Marko P. (27) from Bogatić killed his mother Desanka (64) in a mental disorder with his bare hands and beat his grandmother Verica (87), who died ten days later in Sabac hospital.

The Šabac Superior Prosecutor’s Office has completed its investigation and charges Marko P. with the crime of multiple homicide, for which, according to the Penal Code, he faces up to 40 years in prison. He has been in psychiatric treatment at Belgrade Central Prison since his arrest.

“On the basis of a psychiatric expertise, a security measure, compulsory psychiatric treatment and custody in a health institution were imposed. The defense filed an appeal, which was recently rejected,” the Telegraph learned.

Marko first attacked his mother and grandmother in the house and ran out into the street, where the two followed him to calm him down. Neighbors described to journalists how Marko attacked and hit his mother Desanka on the head and body with her hands, as she moaned, called him by name and begged him to stop. When he threw her to the ground, he continued to hit her and jump on her until she exhaled. There were no bones in the head and body that were not broken from the heavy blows.

He laid Baku Verica, who was knocked unconscious, to bed next to his dead mother by the bench in front of the neighbor’s yard, and then he walked around the body and shouted: “I am Jesus, I have to shed blood!”

My father was out in the country and he had no idea what kind of drama was going on at home. None of the neighbors who saw the bloody party through the fences from their yards dared to help the unfortunate women. They mistrusted Marko not only because he was upset, they talked about how the foam was going to his mouth, but also because he was a true strong man with a well built body and strong hands that the police did not handcuff him.

– Two policemen failed to defeat him immediately. He resisted, beat them, so they called for reinforcements. Three more policemen arrived and somehow managed to throw him to the ground. They tied him with rope because the handcuffs were “tight” for his strong hands. He calmed down only when doctors gave him an injection, eyewitnesses told reporters.

At the hearing at the Superior Public Ministry, he defended himself by keeping silent. Not even a year later, it is not known why the young man experienced a nervous disorder and killed two women who raised him.

Everyone on the street knew the Puzić family as being honest, hardworking and honest, and they know from Marko that he was above average intelligent and extremely talented and talented in math and technical science, so he enrolled and graduated from High School of Electrical Engineering in Novi Sad with a high average.

He was also a great computer expert and worked as an influencer, but could not get a steady job for years, which made him very disappointed and withdrawn.

He was quiet, withdrawn, insufficiently accepted by the environment, and dated a small number of friends. For a long time he lifted weights and boasted of having strong muscles on social media, and he also turned heads with his long hair, which was usually tied in a ponytail.
