Tomorrow, the Belgrade High Court will deliver the second first instance verdict against Aleksandra Janković Aranitović (49) from Šabac, in connection with accusations that in July 2019 he sent threats to the children of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić through his account from Twitter.

This will be his second verdict, as his trial was repeated by order of the Court of Appeals, which reversed its first verdict, which sentenced Zimus to a suspended sentence of six months in prison with a two-year probationary period and a measure compulsory psychiatric treatment.

Janković Aranitović is charged with the crime of endangering the security of the President of the Republic, for which he is threatened with a prison term of six months to five years.

Janković Araitović was indicted because on July 24, 2019, using an “Alexandrism” Twitter account, he insulted the president, and oaths and threats were sent to his son and daughter.

At trial, she defended herself on the grounds that she did not intend to endanger anyone’s safety, and that she did so because she was outraged that “Dunav osiguranje” refused to pay hospital bills and tests performed at a clinic in Austria. , even though he had purchased health insurance abroad.

She was previously convicted in Sabac and the media reported that it was due to the falsification of a document and domestic violence against her mother.
