With these words, yesterday’s tragedy in Germany near Munich, when two Kosovo children apparently died after being hit by a train, the boy’s uncle told Bild.de.

The tragedy occurred on Tuesday around 7 a.m. at the Lower Bavarian train station. The uncle of the two children explained that the mother took the children to the train station. The two tried to catch the train that was already at the station. They ran past a closed barrier on the tracks and at that moment, a regional train heading towards Munich ran over two children.

– The driver tried to activate the emergency brake, but it was too late – said police spokesman Ginter Tomashko.

The accident took place in front of numerous passengers, other schoolchildren and the victims’ younger brother. Apparently, the youngest survived only because he walked slower than his brothers …

“My sister is suffering, she does not react at all,” the boy’s uncle told Bild reporters.

There were more than 100 rescuers at the scene, but there was no rescue for the children. Rail traffic on this part of the road was suspended for hours.
