These are the first results of the investigation of the tragedy near Aleksinac

A 26-year-old MK girl from Mataruška Banja was found against a 26-year-old Citroen driver from nearby Razanj, who ran into a four-year-old MK girl from Mataruška Banja on the Aleksinac – Ražanj road near the village of Vukašinovac and killed her on the spot. The investigation has determined whether he is responsible for a serious traffic accident, as “Blic” has learned from the Aleksinac Basic Prosecutor’s Office.

The first findings of the investigation showed that the car “Renault 5”, in which the girl was, was parked next to the road so that only the last 8-inch wheel was on the road. The girl’s mother got out on the right side of the “Renault” to take the other boy to the bathroom, while the driver of the car, the uncle of the girl’s father MK, also got out of the vehicle for a short time.

Was the girl left unattended?

At one point, the MK girl, who was left alone in the car, got out of the vehicle without control on the road on the left side when a “Citroen” hit her and killed her on the spot.

– No person was arrested, for now, until the traffic report and autopsy determine who is to blame for the accident. Is the driver on the second row road responsible, according to an initial estimate, between 60 and 70 kilometers per hour – and 80 kilometers per hour are allowed, and who could not expect the child to get out of the car immediately, or is he responsible for a child left in a car. That will be determined by the investigation – it was said to “Blic” in the Public Ministry of Aleksinac.

No alcohol was found in the blood of the driver of the “Citroen”. The breathalyzer showed that there was no alcohol and blood was drawn for analysis. According to the first findings, the driver braked only after colliding with the girl, so the investigation will determine when the girl got out of the car and if the driver, who was moving below the speed limit, had time to detect her and slow it down.

–Criminal charges were brought against the driver in a regular proceeding to be able to do all the necessary experience, to determine if there are any omissions in their actions. The “Citroen” vehicle, although not damaged, was transported for technical inspection in order to examine the technical correctness – they say in OJT Aleksinac.
