The Belgrade Second Basic Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation against the Armed Forces for the crime of abuse and torture in the “Zamak” kindergarten in Voždovac.
An investigation has also been launched against TJ for the crime of neglect and abuse of a minor.
– The investigation was launched after the evidence was collected in cooperation with the police and the factual situation related to the actions of the employees in the “Zamak” kindergarten was established, the prosecution unofficially announced.
The tests will begin as a matter of urgency.
A video of the “Zamak” kindergarten appeared on social media last week, vaguely showing how the educator treats a group of children who are pulling them out of the closet.
At some point, he keeps a small child on the ground.
The inspection was rushed to this kindergarten, where the recording was determined to be authentic and a police investigation was launched.
