The Protector of Citizenship announced today that the Ministry of the Interior informed the institution that it had filed a criminal complaint against the “YouTuber” with the competent prosecutor’s office, following the procedure initiated by the ombudsman on his own initiative and information from the media of communication about alleged illegal sexual acts of a public figure with a minor.

In the procedure to control the regularity and legality of the work of the Ministry of the Interior, the Protector of Citizenship asked that ministry to inform him about the measures it had taken in collaboration with other competent bodies in this case.
The response of the Ministry of the Interior indicates that the agents of the Directorate of Criminal Police carried out the corresponding controls and determined that on July 7 and 8, 2020, “two complaints were received from citizens by email to the address [email protected] .rs, where it was indicated to a video on the YouTube platform, in which BI publishes the content of the communication achieved through the social network Instagram with minors, as well as that he had sexual relations with a minor “.
“The aforementioned citizen reports, together with the archived disputed YouTube video, were forwarded to the Special Department for Combating High-Tech Crimes of the Belgrade Superior Prosecutor’s Office on July 8, pursuant to Article 281, paragraph 3 , of the Code of Criminal Procedure “. .
“Regarding the behavior of certain media personalities, which is irresponsible, worrying and extremely disturbing for the citizens of Serbia, we demand that the competent authorities take all the measures in their power to avoid the relativization of such crimes against children “said Citizen Protector Zoran Pasalic.
