The arrested Veljko Belivuk’s fortress called Velja Nevolja, which he built in the Zvezdara settlement in Belgrade in the image of the infamous “Zemun clan”, will apparently soon be demolished because it was built illegally. Namely, the decision was made to remove the house, which is often called Schiller 2.
“When all legal conditions are met, the removal of the facility will be planned,” notes a Belgrade media source.
The city building inspector, as already stated in public, issued a decision at the end of August last year prohibiting works and demolition of illegal buildings at Kozarčeva address 4. Although, as investors, S. Đ. and B. Đ., the true owner of the magnificent building that is being constructed, is Belivuk. So far, he has managed to turn a deaf ear to that decision and has continued to build like crazy.
In the last period, that is, they avoided receiving the enforcement decision, it was returned twice, so it is still “on delivery”. Despite the construction inspection repeatedly fencing the construction site with strips and ordering an urgent ban on works and demolition within seven days, investors continued to build.
The procedure stipulates that if the investor refuses to receive the construction inspection decision, it is placed on the bulletin board, which means that the “builders” are informed even though they did not take it personally. The decision of the inspector of works orders the immediate suspension of the works and the demolition of this facility, built on a first angle foundation of 18 by 12 meters.
The size of the Schiller variant, as in the case of the building in Zemun, is ensured by numerous security systems. Following the example of the infamous “Zemun clan”, Veljko Belivuk, better known as Velja Nevolja, built his “fortress” in the Zvezdara neighborhood of Belgrade.
This “little Schiller” has several concrete floors and armored glass has been installed. According to unofficial information, a “tunnel” was made inside the house, connecting this building with the neighboring village, which is owned by his “partner” and also by the detainee Marko Miljković. Marko’s house is surrounded by high spiked walls, and is “adorned” by security cameras whose individual value exceeds 10,000 euros.
“This short street is completely covered by video surveillance, and the software is so sensitive that it signals the security of the house if the same character appears twice in front of this mobster building,” said the source of the investigation.
