The police arrested Zoran M. (59) for adultery for abuse of power and persecution.
In late November 2017, the suspect, as a clergyman in the Kaludjerica church, used and abused the emotional vulnerability of a minor girl he learned about during confession.
The suspect established an emotional and sexual relationship with the minor. During 2018, the priest and clergyman took advantage of the girl’s emotional disorder and manipulated her.
In May 2019, during a service and tour of the parish, he found the girl at her home. He initiated sexual intercourse and then the girl lost her virginity. Then the youngest became pregnant in August 2019.
After the termination of the pregnancy in January 2020 until September, Zoran personally and through an intermediary called the minor by telephone, harassed, persecuted and physically assaulted him on several occasions.
By order of the VJT, he was detained for up to 48 hours.
