Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić declared tonight that the new government will have three main goals. Addressing the public, he said that the key challenges facing the country, and therefore the new government, are the pressures on the issue of Kosovo and Metohija, the strengthening of the country’s economic and health power, and the military and defense capabilities. .

As the most important challenge, the president pointed to the issue of Kosovo and Metohija, around which, he says, lie the greatest pressures.

– Our obligation is that, facing the challenges, and the greatest are the pressures around Kosovo and Metohija and the attempt to force Serbia to recognize the independence of Kosovo, without achieving almost anything for it, with the desire to always express our intention to dialogue and reach a compromise solution, we certainly do not accept the humiliation of the citizens of Serbia, and our citizens in Kosovo and Metohija – said Vučić.

Another challenge for the government, he says, is the health situation and how we are going to deal with the corona when the coldest days arrive and the virus is more present.

– The third challenge is how to maintain the economic rhythm that we have had until now during the crown, closed borders with Europe and the world – added Vučić.

At the same time, the government has three goals it must work on.

Therefore, the main task of the future government is for Serbia to remain one of the most successful European countries, to ensure further growth in the standard of living of citizens, even though this is impossible in the “crown crisis” .

At the same time, an important goal is to strengthen the power of health that is becoming one of the key forces in a country, Vučić noted, recalling that Serbia has invested much more in health care in recent years than in the 1940s. Previous 50 years.

In addition, the objective is to strengthen the military and defense power of the country, and to strengthen the army and the police.
