The Republic Geodetic Authority announced that the assertions of Anti-Corruption Council member Jelisaveta Vasilić that the state “never submitted complete documentation” of state agricultural lands are not true. They add that RGZ does not hide anything. Vasilic previously stated that the City Council requested data from the RGA, because, as an example, in the 2017 report, “they determined the disappearance of data on ownership of 84 agricultural companies in the area of 122,000 ha.”

The RGA recalls that data on land ownership is not a secret.

“Thanks to RGZ digital services, information about the ownership of a plot or real estate throughout Serbia, including agricultural land in the AP Vojvodina area, is available to everyone. All owners are registered in the database of the real estate cadastre and the data are available to all citizens of the Republic of Serbia we can serve ‘eKatastar’ “, according to the RGA.

This internet address, they add, can be accessed through the RGZ website and through the GeoSrbija kat mobile application.

The data on the owners of a certain cadastral parcel can be obtained through that digital service that is available to the public and does not require registration, they say in the RGA.

If the interested party does not know the cadastral parcel number, it can be determined using it GeoSrbija digital platforms, which also offers public access to data without registration.

Therefore, as RGZ stated, Jelisaveta Vasilić’s claims were presented on H1 Television without any basis.

After the member of the Anti-Corruption Council, Jelisaveta Vasilić, spoke about the weak cooperation with state institutions in corruption cases, she mentioned the name of the brother of the President of Serbia, when, as she said, the farmers of Vojvodina they mark her as the main land purchase, either for the Council to present evidence or for Jelisaveta Vasilić to resign. A member of the Council responded to the Prime Minister and, among other things, told him that he would not resign.

Among other things, Vasilić stated that the City Council had requested documentation in previous years because “in the 2017 report, they determined the disappearance of the ownership data of 84 agricultural companies in an area of 122,000 ha.”

“We have determined 11,000 ha of some property that has been named as ‘indeterminate property’, we do not know what type of property it is because it is not in the Constitution. We have established that property data on 11,000 ha have disappeared and that 7,650 ha and 3,511 ha are missing. they were called ‘some other property’ and ‘mixed property’. RGZ refused to present the data and documentation to the Council, claiming that it was a trade secret, so the latest refusal would be explained by the lack of security controls, “Vasilic said recently.
