Mališa R. (33), was in preventive prison for up to 30 days on suspicion that on the night of October 17-18 in a rented apartment in the center of Požarevac, he raped his ex-girlfriend JM (22), who, according to our unofficial information, she is a sister. in honor of the father of Ana Mihajlovski, one of our most beautiful and charismatic television stars.
As we found out, JM came from Belgrade that day and invited Mališa to meet. First, they walked around town, and then they went to a party at the “Rolex” cafe, then to the casino and finally to their rented apartment.
– According to the girl’s statement, everything was fine until they entered the apartment. However, Mališa immediately became naval. First he threatened her and then he began to strangle her because she did not want to sleep with him. In the end, as determined, he forced the girl to have sex – says our source close to the investigation and claims that this girl’s mother called the police because she was concerned that her daughter would not answer the calls.
– The mother knew that her daughter was seeing Mališa, with whom she often fought. He sent the police to the Mališa apartment, where they found JM with bruises on his body. The child was immediately taken to the police station, says our interlocutor.
Immediately after the arrest, Mališa denied the rape, claiming that the girl voluntarily agreed to have sex.
– He claimed that he loved the girl and justified himself by saying that the bruises were caused by having rough sex. After several hours of interrogation, in the presence of the lawyer he hired, the investigating judge on October 20 ordered his detention for up to 30 days – said our source.
To determine whether the girl was raped, she was referred for a gynecological examination, as well as examinations by a psychiatrist, internist and surgeon, to determine whether she had defensive injuries and whether she suffered trauma. An investigation is under way on this event.
Yesterday, we called Ana Mihajlovski to verify if our findings were correct, but she did not want to confirm or deny this information, briefly stating that she had no comment.

Mališa R. has been known to the police since he was a child and has been convicted several times for robbery and violence. – Presumably he comes from a bourgeois family, but that didn’t stop him from feeling ashamed. He was sentenced in 2010 to two years in prison for rape, and this year he was detained from January 4 to June 12 for violence against a girl with whom he previously had a relationship.
