Rafaelo balls are among the favorite cakes, and we bring you the juiciest, easiest and most delicious recipe for them.
In this recipe, white chocolate is used instead of powdered or condensed milk, which gives these delicious balls a special flavor.
Ingredients needed:
100 grams of coconut flour (plus 50 grams to roll)
300 grams of white chocolate
150 ml sweet and sour cream
walnuts as desired
preparation:
1. Break the chocolate into pieces. Heat the sweet and sour cream to a boil, then pour it over the chocolate. Stir with a food processor until the chocolate is completely melted and you get a compact dough.
2. Add coconut to chocolate and sour cream mixture, then cool to room temperature. Place the cooled mixture in the refrigerator for an hour to squeeze even more.
3. Scoop out the mixture with a spoon, then shape the balls with your hands and roll them in coconut. Repeat the process until you have used all the mixture. If desired, place a walnut, almond, or hazelnut in the middle of each ball. Keep the balls in a cool place.
