The accusation of the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office states that in the period between the end of April 2013 and July 16, 2013, in the territory of Montenegro and Serbia, Koljensic intentionally joined a criminal group organized by Milos Delibasic and the late Slobodan Saranovic. and whose members became Miloš Vojnović, Slaviša Novaković and Goran Maletić (born Bojanić).

– Kolješić helped Sasa Cvetanović to commit the aforementioned crime by renting an apartment on Vojvode Milenka street in Belgrade on April 11, 2013, renting a car together to monitor the movement and established habits of the injured party for several days before the commission of the crime. On April 29, 2013, in the early hours of the morning, they arrived together at Carica Milica Street, so the defendant Koljenšić showed Cvetanović with his right hand the place where it is most convenient to hide and wait for the injured person and deprive him of life , where Cvetanović expected the wounded to arrive around 7 a.m., went to meet them and fired 15 projectiles at the head and body of the wounded man, now deceased Nikola Bojović, with an automatic pistol, the indictment alleges.
The indictment alleges that Delibasic and the now deceased Saranovic created a scheme, took steps to hide members of the group, obtained false documents, rented apartments to hide after the crimes, provided money for the preparation and commission of the crimes, weapons and ammunition (automatic pistols and 500 ammunition), organized training in firearms shooting in Lijeva Rijeka, all for the purpose of committing the crime of murder.
