As “Novosti” learned unofficially, our security services presented this warning to the state and military leadership, and it gained special weight because in recent days, attacks on the Serbian population, including children, have become more frequent.
According to the information in our newspaper, the Albanian leaders of the southern province have been carrying out an action under the code name “Honor” since the beginning of September in order to avoid the accusation against the president of the so-called Hashim Thaci of Kosovo and his partner Kadri Veselji, for the murder of almost a hundred people, war crimes, persecution and torture, before the Special Court in The Hague.
Apart from the pressure and attempts to discredit the Court, which must make a decision on the accusations before October 24, its intention is for Pristina to stop negotiations with Belgrade again, because it does not want to discuss the formation of the Union of Serbian municipalities, which confirms the so-called declaration. Prime Minister Abdullah Hoti said “the JCC issue is over.”
According to “Novosti” sources, the action began when the documents of the Special Prosecutor’s Office were published with the names and data of possible witnesses against the former representatives of the so-called The KLA, which was handed over by an unknown person to an association of veterans in order to intimidate those who want to talk about crimes.
In the second phase of the operation, called “Katana” (nickname of the late KLA commander Agim Ramadani), the attacks against the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija began, the public promotion of Thaci and Veselji and the contact of the international court with the security services of Serbia and Russia.

A dangerous scheme to intimidate the Serbs is largely being implemented. Two days ago, unknown persons tried to force a Serbian girl into a car in Babin Most, near Obilić, but she managed to escape. Also, in Plemetina, an attempt was made to kidnap a Serbian boy, Martin Vukasnović. By the way, the children of this family were previously attacked two more times, but fortunately the kidnappers were unable to separate them from their parents. In addition, in front of the Donja Brnjica school, near Pristina, an Albanian fired at the assembled Serbian children. Fortunately, no one was injured. The Automobile Service in Šilovo was also attacked, fans chanted against Serbia in front of the Church of the Mother of God Ljeviška in Prizren, the Minister of Education Mladen Šarčević was unable to enter Kosovo and Metohija, the church in Babin Most was desecrated.
According to General Mitar Kovac, director of the Eurasian Security Forum, the continuity of the terrorist KLA continues in politics, from the tribes, through local communities and municipalities to the highest levels of government:

– All attempts to pass the function fail. They are located deep in the hierarchy. They have intimidated people since the armed and terrorist uprising, and they still do today. It will be a long time before all the representatives of the KLA are thoroughly eliminated, the value system is changed and the people who are not contaminated are incorporated. The entire organization of veterans of the KLA promotes their supposed values and, therefore, the problems for the security of the Serbs, especially those from the south of Ibar, who are enclaves and surrounded by Albanians.
Kovac claims that the continuation of the genocide is practically taking place, that no one talks about the return of 250,000 Serbs to Kosovo and Metohija, and that the process has started but has stopped.
– As long as the international community does not do something through the security structures to dismantle the KLA, we will have an unstable situation and the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will not be able to take place – says Kovac.

To our question, if the accusation against Thaci and Veselji could help to dismantle the successors of the KLA, our interlocutor answered negatively, “because they, like the mafia, are always looking for a new leader”, but that would help if the international community advocated by the implementation of unrelated tables. for the KLA, because it can’t be done without an external factor.
Although they are political opponents, Thaci and Veselji and the president of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who also gave a statement to the prosecutors of the Special Court, agree with the “Honor” action. This action by the Albanians is taking place in the days when 22 Serbian soldiers of the FRY were killed in an ambush 22 years ago, near Kosar.
RAMADANI VUČE KONCE
TO our knowledge, the head of the “Honor” action is the so-called inspector general. Burim Ramadani of the Kosovo Intelligence Service, who was appointed to this post at the suggestion of Haradinaj. He was educated in Pristina, Germany and the United States, and while he was a deputy from 2011 to 2014, he was noted for his anti-Serbian and anti-Russian views. When Thaci announced that Pristina should abolish taxes on Serbian products, he explicitly opposed it. He said he was concerned about the “Russian missiles in Serbia” as well as that “the mini-Schengen is a trap of pro-Russian Serbia.”
LAW STILL WITHOUT QUORUM
DRAFT law on the values of the so-called The KLA, proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, was also not adopted yesterday, as there were only 37 deputies in parliament. MPs from DPK and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Gazmen Bytyci and Time Kadrijaj, asked their colleagues to vote because “the KLA deserves good treatment from everyone.” However, the Self-Determination Party and the Democratic League of Kosovo believe that the law does not sufficiently protect the KLA representatives.
