In just ten days, the professor, doctor and deputy of the Serbian Progressive Party, Marko Atlagić, sowed hundreds of insults, qualifications and hatred at the expense of the Serbian elite, to which he should belong by profession.

On the contrary, he was publicly praised for his “intellectual courage to tell the truth when necessary”, and the president of the state and the SNS, Aleksandar Vučić, lightly rebuked him under public pressure.
“It was politically incorrect. This hurts us, although I know that Atlagić did not do it on purpose,” Vučić said.
Perhaps Atlagić discredited himself a bit more by discrediting critics of the current government, thus exaggerating his qualifications, but certainly, as a narrow-profile party soldier, he kept his party task.
It is not out of sheer arrogance, but precisely by order of the party, that he told actress Seki Sablić that he is not a patriot, because patriotism is the greatest adornment of the human soul, which she does not possess.
He characterized actor Dragan Bjelogrlić as a man without morals and without shame who should keep his promise and leave Serbia, and called Serbian professor Turajlić a moral fanatic who is bothered by the monument to Stefan Nemanja, because it was erected on the initiative of the ruler. and Serbian reformer Aleksandar Vučić.
And it was this former radical known for his outbursts of admiration for Vojislav Seselj, who conveyed that admiration to the current head of state and the SNS.
For him, Vučić is the only and last free ruler of Europe, a reformer and a builder, and according to him, time will be measured in “two decades”.
Atlagić does not share the kind of love he has for the president of the state towards others.
For him, Dragan Djilas is Djiki Mafia, Obradovic is a bully, Trifunovic is a piss, Tadic is a Lipizzaner, Jeremic is a member of an international group of bandits and robbers, and Veselinovic is a thief.
His list of executions grows and narrows according to daily events, but he tries to repeat the nicknames that he invented himself, or with the help of someone, during each assembly session, until everyone remembers.
But Atlagic is not as brave as he seems, as he hurls insults at the expense of absent people.
On the contrary, despite the fact that he has been a deputy for eight years, a member of the education committee, but also of culture, he never dared to give a statement to any journalist, not even to stop to listen to a question.
His political career says it all. Participated in the XIV Congress of the Yugoslav Socialist Party, member of the Socialist Alliance – Croatian Socialists Alliance in the first convocation of the Croatian Parliament and President of the Republic Scientific Union of the Republic of Croatia, Mayor of Benkovac, Minister of the Government of the Krajina Serbia member and deputy of the SNS.
He was born on April 30, 1949 in Ostrovica.
He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zadar, specializing in history and pedagogy, and received his doctorate from the Faculty of Philosophy in Pristina.
He was a professor at the Kosovska Mitrovica Faculty of Philosophy and is now retired. He has published eight books and more than 150 scientific articles.
