A purchase agreement was signed in Zrenjanin, which officially sold the Jugoremedija drug factory to the APS holding company, that is, the company Proyecto uno, the highest bidder in the last sale by direct agreement. Previously, the objections of two buyers were rejected before the Zrenjanin Commercial Court and, finally, the Competition Commission also issued a positive opinion.

– We have signed a sales contract and the deadline is eight days for payment, with the buyer declaring that he will pay the sale price earlier – Jugoremedija insolvency administrator Radovan Savić told Danas.
As already announced, the new buyer is not from the industry and there is a good chance that he will negotiate with this company. According to unofficial information from Danas, the new owner could soon become Delta Farm, which would resume production.
The investment fund APS holding, which bought Jugoremedia’s debts from Hypo Bank and thus became its largest creditor, made the best offer for this factory for an amount of 362.5 million dinars.
This is the fourteenth sale of Jugoremedija, which has been in bankruptcy since 2012 and whose debts reached 25 million euros. Its first privatization in 2002, when Jaka 80 Radoviš bought the share in infamous circumstances, was canceled after five years due to a suspicious recapitalization.
