I AM GOD, WE KNOW WHICH IS THE BIGGEST AND LONGEST! The head of the prison HARASSED the employees, the guards joined in and sued him!

– He insulted the employees and threatened them. He told them “that sheep have no brains and that he is a shepherd.” He accused them of “nurses looking at their breasts and educators looking at the mines”, yelled at them not to send threatening letters to the Directorate for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, saying:! ”Said Zvonko Tomašević, lawyer for the guard and president of the United Trade Union Organization of Institutions for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions of Serbia (JSO UIKS).

Tomašević claims that Stanisavljević’s torture lasted from 2009 to mid-2020 and that, following complaints from employees, he did not become deputy chief.

– The guards did not want to join their union or work on their goat farm! At the meetings, where he gave the opening speech, he did not allow anyone to speak, but threatened: “It is known who the god is! I will erase everyone who gets in my way with an eraser! ”He made a“ crying wall ”in the office and posted everything his employees wrote on it. He told everyone to see him, and then he called them to stand in front of him and threatened them. He promised people privileges if they go to his union, Tomasevic said yesterday after the trial.

After extraordinary supervision, Stanisavljević was removed from the position of chief, but he did not slide completely, but only one step lower, so he is now the deputy chief.

They got sick because of the boss

In yesterday’s trial, the guards accused the former chief of abuse. They claimed that because of their behavior they experienced stress and became ill, in addition to being humiliated.

– He called the employees on the phone and ordered them to return to the jail for a report after the night shift, immediately after arriving home! Then she left them waiting for her for several hours. When we collectively agreed to replace shifts, he banned it. We could only do that when he allowed it. We have proof of all this, say the guards and add that nothing has changed with his dismissal.

– When there is no boss, he has all the skills that come to him! We ask that he be replaced and transferred to another prison. He wanted to break us, but did not succeed – said the members of the United Union of Serbia. The trial will continue on November 3.
