Members of the Belgrade Ministry of the Interior detained a fourteen-year-old boy due to the existence of grounds to suspect that he committed the criminal acts of rape and displaying, obtaining and possessing pornographic material and exploitation of a minor for pornography.
On January 26 this year, he is suspected of raping a thirteen-year-old girl in an abandoned building in Voždovac.
A fourteen-year-old man, friend of the suspect, allegedly recorded sexual intercourse on his mobile phone at his request, for which he will be charged with criminal charges on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of displaying, obtaining and possessing material pornography and exploitation of a minor for pornography.
The suspect was taken to the Belgrade High Court.
