Milivoje L. (50) from Gradiška reportedly left the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina just one day before the Serbian Interior Ministry announced that he was a suspect in the murder of Strahinja Stojanović in Belgrade and that an international arrest warrant would be issued against him. .
Informed sources reveal that the suspect spent the weekend in Gradiška, where he has a residence permit, as well as that he crossed the Croatian border on Sunday and went to the European Union, writes “Novosti”.
“He crossed the border through the official crossing, like any other citizen. Since then, he has lost track and currently has no information on his whereabouts,” said a source close to the investigation.
The local police did not find him at the place of residence and additional checks determined that he had left Bosnia and Herzegovina, as if he had a premonition of what was being prepared.
As the Serbian Interior Ministry, with the help of the police agencies in the region, searches for Milivoje L. on the Instagram profile of his nightclub in Gradiška, a photo of a man from behind in the “story” was published, with the message: “Greetings from Prague”. It is not known when the photo was taken or if the suspect is actually in it.
Milivoje L. is originally from Croatia, more precisely from Slavonia, from where he arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 1990s. He has a rich experience in the war, supposedly he was a member of special units and it is believed that at that time he made important contacts and friendships with Serbian fighters.
