He committed the crime while the unfortunate woman slept, then fled

A citizen of Serbia (49) was sentenced today in Germany to ten years in prison for the brutal murder of his mother.

He is accused of killing his mother Milenko T. (62) while she was sleeping in April 2017, and then cutting the body into pieces and hiding it.

Body parts were found in the basement of a building in Dusseldorf where the unfortunate woman lived.

As the investigation established, the Serb killed his mother in her sleep and then took her body into the bathtub and cut it into pieces, which he then packed into bags and carried into the basement. Police found traces of his DNA on the bags, as well as fingerprints in the bathtub.

After the brutal murder, he fled Germany to Serbia and was arrested in Croatia early last year.

Let us remind you, Milenka’s family reported her missing in April 2017, and on May 4, her body was found in bags in the basement.

German media later wrote that the body had been beheaded.

The motive for the murder was never revealed, but it is believed that it was all preceded by a feud between mother and son.
