Dusko Tosic became the owner of a luxury apartment located in a newly constructed residential building near the Temple of Saint Sava, reveals Kurir.
According to our source close to the footballer, he has been looking for a property near the city center for a long time, so he found this location an ideal place. The building is located on a one-way street, and the apartment that Duško liked is two-sided.
As we learn, the footballer hired an interior designer, when he had only one condition: that the children’s rooms face the Temple of San Sava, which is located near the building.
The footballer did not regret the money for this apartment. It is known that the prices per square meter in a new building in that part of the city are around 3,000 euros, so it is not difficult to calculate that a new property of about one hundred square meters cost about 300,000 euros.
By the way, according to the story of an acquaintance of another soccer player, Dushko looked for real estate for almost a year, but he did not like any like this. A few months ago, the agents offered him an apartment in an expensive apartment block that is being built in Zvezdara. These are several buildings that are in an attractive location, have swimming pools, gyms, private security and much more, so Tošić was about to decide to buy an apartment there. However, at the last minute an offer came in for the sale of a property near the Temple of Saint Sava, and he still wanted to settle in Vracar.
The footballer already owns a luxury apartment in Dedinje, where he lived with his family for years, and a few years ago he bought a villa from Dragan Stojković Piksi, for which he paid two million euros. Apparently, as we have learned, Dushko also owns shops in the wider center of Belgrade, which he rents, so the apartment in Vracar will be just another in a series of properties that he owns. We tried to contact Tosic, but his phone number known to the editorial office was not available.
Rich end
Variety in the neighborhood
When Dushko becomes a resident of Vracar, he will often be able to meet numerous public figures who have lived in that part of the city for years. Among them is Vesna Zmijanac, whose apartment is located on the street that is parallel to the Temple of Saint Sava, and Olja Karleuša lives there with her husband and son. Mira Skoric also lives nearby, as does Stefan Djuric Rasta, who rented an apartment in the most expensive part of Vracar before being arrested.
