The Interior Ministry informs the public that the Internet portal “nova.rs” published an outright lie tonight, as Police Director Vladimir Rebić claimed that the Novi Sad police filed a criminal complaint against the fugitive Ivan Kontić.

The police director said no such thing either in a written speech to the public on Saturday, September 12, or the following day during a guest appearance on one of the nationwide televisions.
Actually, this is another in a series of lies on this website against the police and members of the Ministry of the Interior, in relation to the case of beating a young man on Jevrejska street in Novi Sad.

For the second day in a row, this internet portal makes false accusations against the director of the police, Vladimir Rebić, after yesterday the brutal falsehood was presented, since the police did not inform the prosecution about this fact for 19 days.
The aim of such deception of the public and accusations based on falsehoods is obviously to damage the reputation of the Ministry of the Interior, Police Director Vladimir Rebić and members of the Novi Sad Police Administration who are working to solve the case of hitting young people on Jevrejska Street.
