With the lifting of the state of emergency, the deadlines for submitting applications for financial compensation, making decisions and extending work permits for foreigners have begun, the National Employment Service (NES) announced today.
The special regime for calculating deadlines in administrative procedures was no longer valid with the abolition of the state of emergency, and that decision entered into force on May 7.
The NES recalls that citizens whose employment ended during the period state of emergency They can file a request for financial compensation within 30 days from May 7.

The deadlines for submitting requests for financial compensation, which started before the introduction of the state of emergency, on March 15, were interrupted and did not run during the state of emergency, now continue to count in the remaining part from May 7 .
“All deadlines for decision-making by the National Employment Service, which expired during the state of emergency, extend 30 days from May 7,” said the NHS.
