He is currently the 33rd player in the world and, as he says, his greatest success so far is his Davis Cup title with his 2018 national team.

“Two wins against Roger Federer at Hale and Shanghai were two special moments, but best of all is to win the Davis Cup, hands down. It’s been a dream of mine since childhood. I could never have imagined that would happen.”he said Ćorić.

Coric says that early in his career, he was more inspired by Goran Ivanisevic and Ivan Ljubicic.

“I remember when I was 13 and I didn’t have a coach. I felt a little lost, I didn’t play well, I broke my arm and had to have surgery. Goran was there for me at all times. After that, he trained me for about one year”. even today we still share some ideas “added Ćorić.

Coric also spoke to the Big Three.

“All three of them are amazing players and have played a lot of tennis. They still do.”he said Ćorić and he referred to the fact that only Novak Djokovic did not win any (0-3).

He is 2-4 against Federer, with a 2-2 draw against Nadal.

“Maybe because Novak Djokovic and I have a similar style of play. Every time we meet, he does a little bit better. Maybe that’s why I haven’t mastered him yet.” he concluded Ćorić.
