Von Cramon said on Twitter that he believes that attitude will not bring anything good to Kosovo.

“I don’t think the conversation about changing the constitution in Kosovo will get us anywhere,” Von Cramon said.

Miroslav Lajcak declared not recently that there is no normalization of relations without an agreement, that is, an agreement without a JCC, and warned that Brussels cannot accept the letter of the constitution as a “red line”.

“If Belgrade sticks to its constitution and Pristina sticks to its constitution, then there is no room for dialogue,” Lajcak said.
