It’s great that you can make a healthier version of these balls, so instead of cookies, use ground hazelnuts, almonds or powder, or ground oatmeal.
Ingredients needed:
- 250 grams of tea rings
- 35 grams of cocoa powder
- 100 grams of coconut flour
- 400 ml of sweet condensed milk (bought in the main markets)
preparation:
In a blender or grinder, cut the tea rings into a crumbly structure. Mix them with the cocoa and half of the coconut flour.
Add condensed milk to the mixture and mix until you get a compact and sticky mixture. If necessary, add ground cookies or condensed milk, depending on whether the mixture is too wet or too dry.
From the dough obtained, form balls and roll them in the remaining coconut flour.
Place them on a parchment paper lined tray, then refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
