The godfather of the President of Serbia, Nikola Petrović, became co-owner of the company “Crni Vrh Power” in August, which plans to build the Crni vrh wind power plant in the territory of Žagubica, Bor and Majdanpek, the Center for Journalism of Serbian Research (CINS).
The text published on the CINS website states that the company “Crni Vrh Power” from Žagubica, whose activity is the production of electricity, was founded last year by the company “W-Line” owned by Ivan Pantelić, who in March this year he also became a direct owner.
According to the contract on the transfer of shares, known to CINS, Nikola Petrovic was transferred 50 percent of the ownership of the company in August, for about 37,000 dinars.
CINS affirms that it is a company that should build the Crni vrh wind farm on the three borders of the Bor, Majdanpek and Žagubica territories, and according to media reports, the value of the work is around 100 million euros.
It is planned to build up to 40 wind turbines that use wind energy to produce electricity, of which 21 in the territory of Žagubica, 14 in the territory of Bor and five in the territory of Majdanpek.
Nikola Petrović, director of the Serbian Power Grid (EMS) from September 2012 to the end of 2016, and godfather of the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, did not want to speak further about this business for CINS.
