LT (22), suspected of being the direct author of the criminal act of murder of the aggrieved Bojan Mirkovic in the Belgrade district of Belleville, was questioned today at the Belgrade Superior Prosecutor’s Office.
In the presence of his chosen defense attorney, the suspect exercised his legal right and defended himself by remaining silent.

Suspect FI (29), otherwise a citizen of Montenegro, is accused of intentionally assisting in the commission of this crime, by promising LT that he would hide it after the commission of the crime, which he did on 23.11.20. year, when LT tried to transfer the vehicle to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
FI denied involvement in the crime, but declined to answer further questions.
The Prosecutor’s Office will propose the arrest of all the people arrested today, which will be resolved by the investigating judge during the day.
