The Požarevac High Prosecutor’s Office ordered the arrest of suspect Dejan M. (55) from the town of Orljevo near Petrovac na Mlavi, for the crime of attempted aggravated murder.
Both Dejan and his partner Svetlana B. (55), who have been in an emotional relationship for almost eight years, are infected with the crown. About ten days ago, they tested positive, but were sent home in isolation with mild clinical pictures.
So Svetlana convinced Dejan not to come to her. However, he blamed his partner for transmitting the virus to him and went to his home in Žabari with a gun.
Seeing him armed, Svetlana fled to the home of her son-in-law Bogoljub Z., otherwise, the PS deputy commander Žabari, and Dejan followed her.
When he pointed the gun at Svetlana, she and Bogoljub tried to steal the gun, and then the gun fired and injured both Svetlana and her daughter Ana (35).
The incident was also attended by the director of PS Žabari, Zoran M.
Dejan was immediately arrested and tested for alcohol, and according to Kurir, he had no alcohol in his blood.
From Dejan and Svetlana’s closest surroundings, we learn that the couple have never had disagreements or have there been a report of domestic violence.
The hearing at the Pozarevac Superior Prosecutor’s Office is scheduled for Friday.
