This, for “Novosti”, says Zoran Jakovljević, Miroslav Mike Aleksić’s lawyer, when so far a total of eight girls have accused him of rape and sexual abuse at his acting school “Matter of the Heart”.
After Milena Radulović, Iva Ilinčić and four students who did not want their identity revealed, two more girls were questioned on Tuesday at the Belgrade High Prosecutor’s Office, who subsequently denounced Aleksić for sexual abuse. As we find out, they told what they experienced in Aleksić’s classes.
After them, three girls will be questioned, who will have the status of witnesses, and who later also reported to the police, after it was announced that Radulović had reported the former teacher for rape. The prosecution estimated that they also experienced inconveniences in class, but that it was not so serious as to suffer damage.
Aleksic is currently charged with eight girls, one of whom is a minor. He previously denied all the accusations in the prosecution, stating that he did not attack anyone. His defender says that his basic rights are being violated, since he did not receive the files of the investigation in custody and he cannot prepare his defense, since he does not know what any of the victims said and what they are accused of:
– Aleksić can’t wait to present his defense, just so that his health allows it, because he had a high blood sugar all last week.

– The court did not allow the defense to present the minutes and evidence that we received from the prosecution to Aleksić for his arrest – says Jakovljević. – The judge’s explanation for the above procedure is that he does not know how to act, because there is nothing written about it in the Criminal Procedure Code and the case is kept secret.
