“Today I received the complete report prepared by the expert and inspection commission in the Ministry, and the conclusion is that the whole case was done in accordance with the law and all the procedures, that it is about a minor who was separated from his parents by court decision and given up for adoption ”. Djordjevic said.

He stated that the adoption procedure had been completed, that the child was alive and well and that he was in Serbia.

“He is cared for by the family that received custody. The series of lies that were told on that occasion, from the fact that the child was sold, kidnapped or that in some way the whole process was not done in accordance with the law, is just a lie, “he said. Djordjevic.

He stressed that the whole case of posting information that the child was kidnapped and sold represents “a politically colored intention to get some cheap points through the child.”

“I think children do not deserve it and I want to appeal that it is not done that way. A child deserves to live his normal life, have a normal childhood, live a life that is guaranteed by law and the constitution,” said Djordjevic.

As he affirmed, lies such as those that the child was taken from the parents because of poverty, are damaging the reputation of the state. “Because by putting that information out into the open, someone from outside will really think that everything is being done in this country,” he said.

There is no legal basis to deprive anyone of a child due to poverty, so in this case the judge took everything into account and made a decision implemented by the Center for Social Work, which is expected of him by law, Djordjevic said.

He also said that the Zajecar Social Work Center would file criminal charges against people who threatened and that, he added, they somehow questioned the safety of employees.

“I believe that the minor’s guardians will also file criminal charges, because the minor’s identity has been revealed and information about the minor has been given without the guardian’s right to use such information,” the minister said, adding that he hopes someone will respond. says, gives an answer to everything that happened.
