The investor of the illegally constructed building at Pančićev vrh in Kopaonik, Snežana Mitković, continued the removal work on that building.
The Serbian Ministry of Construction announced today that the Republic’s Construction Inspectorate was informed about it.
The works continued today, because in August, the investor informed the inspection that due to the health situation with the corona virus and the self-isolation of the home, he could not continue with the execution of the decision of the construction inspector of the republic, it was it says in the ad.
The building has not yet been completely demolished, but the roof, fixtures, equipment, carpentry on the first floor have been removed.
The construction inspection carried out a full administrative procedure and made decisions on the demolition of the illegally constructed building in Pančićev vrh.
The statement says that the investor executes the decision on his own, since the costs of removing the installation always fall on his charge, even when the inspection is enforced, by hiring a company or other legal entity, and the costs demolition fees are charged by the investor.
The Kopaonik facility is on the Facility Removal Program, and the inverter’s facility removal costs are estimated at 26.3 million dinars (excluding VAT).
The Ministry of Construction inspection brought criminal charges against the investor Snezana Mitkovic for illegal construction, continuation of illegal construction, falsification – false reports for legalization of the facility.
He also filed criminal charges against unidentified persons from the municipality of Brus, the president of the municipality, accusing him of ordering an unidentified person to falsify an official document, as well as against the director of PE “Ski Resorts” because he allowed the connection of a facility built without building permit.
