The General Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Kotor brought an accusation against Milan Kaloštrović (46) from Petrovac, due to the suspicion that he committed a crime: autocracy.
According to the act of that prosecutor, according to “Vijesti”, he is accused of trying to collect the alleged debt of the Serbian businessman Srdjan Knezevic through the use of force and threats. However, the former owner of the gas station chain “Knez Petrol” claims that he does not owe that money to Kalostrevic, but that he tried to extort 120,000 euros from him on 24 August.
The act of the prosecution establishes that the defendant approached the table where Knezevic was sitting with his friends and asked him to get up and walk a few meters away to speak.
– When the injured man accepted that, near the table from which the injured man got up, after a brief verbal discussion, he repeatedly hit the injured Knezevic Srdjan in the face with an open fist, asking him to deliver 120,000 euros as soon as possible. legal business (buying and selling), threatening him that if he did not do it in the morning, he would find him and dismember him, and that he was sane – the indictment claims.
According to “Vijesti”, Petrovcanin’s trial was scheduled to start at the Kotor Court of First Instance on October 5, but the preparatory hearing was postponed, “because the legal conditions for its holding were not met.”
During questioning, Kalostrovic did not deny that he slapped Knezevic, whom, he explained to investigators, he has known for six or seven years.
He said he walked over to the table where Knezevic was sitting and invited him to step away to talk to him. He also claims that after that, Knezevic went back to the table he was sitting at, but also that he later joined them.
In a statement from Knezevic after the incident, he said Kalostrovic pulled him out of a cafe: “That’s where he starts insulting me, saying, ‘I’ll cut you, you son of a bitch, you have € 120,000 to save me the morning. He hit me several times in the head area, then he pushed me to the jewelry store and there he started kicking me in the head with his feet and fists. “
He also explained to investigators that after that he returned to the bar, and that two minutes later Kaloštrović arrived at his desk, “with seven tattooed guys” dressed in black.
– He and another sat at a table, where I was sitting with two men. He repeats that I owe him 120.00 euros, he keeps hitting me on the head at the bar and it takes about an hour, because they didn’t let me go … He had a gun in his pocket that he stuck in my thigh, but he didn’t take it out of his pocket – said Knezevic.
Knežević, on the other hand, told our media that Aleksa Stanković, the son of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro Ivica Stanković, also mistreated him with Kaloštrović. Younger Stanković denied that and announced that he would file a lawsuit against everyone claiming to be the actor in the incident.
