Even today, the deputies of the Assembly in Pristina did not vote on the law protecting the value of the so-called KLA due to lack of quorum.
Previously, the embassies of the United States, Germany, Switzerland, as well as the Office of the EU and the OSCE, also opposed the bill, because they believe that it endangers freedom of expression and the rights of citizens.
Earlier, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the KLA Fighting Courage Protection Act, which the Pristina authorities plan to adopt, is an attempt to force Serbs to think like Albanians and be arrested if they speak out. different.

The law also determines the “institutional and civil obligation for the protection of the values of the ELK’s struggle”, and as they say, whoever does not respect the provisions will be prosecuted.
Representatives of the Serbs in Kosovo warned that they were concerned about the announcement of the vote on the KLA’s Protection of the Value of Struggle Bill, which, as the US ambassador points out, will further restrict their already limited freedom of expression in Kosovo.
