On the order of the Belgrade First Basic Prosecutor’s Office, ZS was arrested on Wednesday. (40) for the construction of a facility without a construction permit on Patizanska Street in Zvezdara, and already today he was sentenced to prison and a fine based on an agreement with the prosecution.
That is, in today’s hearing, he concluded an agreement with the prosecution on the recognition of the crime of construction without a construction permit, which was adopted by the court, the prosecution told Tanjug.
Based on the ZS agreement he was sentenced to six months in prison and a fine of one million dinars.
He was building a 1,000-square-meter facility and was detained on the fourth floor.
So far it has not been convicted, and in civil and administrative processes it is possible to decide whether it will be demolished until now or not, says the Prosecutor’s Office.
