The assistance to the controllers of the JKP parking service in 121 streets of the zoned area of the city will be provided by multifunctional vehicles of the Communal Militia.
Oko sokolovo will facilitate the work of the Parking Service controllers, since it will automatically detect vehicles for which parking is not paid, as well as those that have exceeded the maximum time allowed to stay in the area.
Drivers will no longer leave notifications to drivers about issued daily electronic parking tickets, as they did the previous month, informing them about e-Parking.
Oko sokolovo, like the drivers, will issue daily electronic tickets, it is indicated in the advertisement and adds that after noticing a vehicle for which parking is not paid, it will automatically form an electronic order that is sent from the system to the base data of the Parking Service.
As they claim, nothing will change for citizens, parking will continue to be paid electronically, while they will be able to inform them about the daily electronic parking tickets issued on the JKP website as well as through the new mobile phone application.
– All they have to do is register in the application and the Parking Service will send them a notification if an electronic daily parking ticket has been issued for that vehicle, as well as when their paid parking time expires – says the Parking Service.
The controllers will continue to carry out most of the work in the field of parking control and payment, but thanks to the “Oko sokolovo” system, some of them, who worked on the streets in all weather conditions, will be deployed in suitable places within the Company, while they will be replaced on the spot by modern technology.
The PUC adds that the expansion of the street network covered by the new system will also reduce the number of street controllers.
A new, more efficient form of control will improve the electronic parking control and payment system – e-Parking, and weather conditions such as rain, wind or snow will no longer affect the delivery of daily tickets.
The city plans to further develop Oko sokolovo: it will also be used by Belgrade Road, City Cleaning, communal inspection and other communal companies and city services to record and solve problems such as potholes, with traffic signs in the street network, illegal gardens , occupying public space, night lighting of the city, containers …
